摘　　要：以西北某化工企业为例,介绍了甲醇罐区的消防设计思路和方法,系统阐述了泡沫灭火系统、水消防冷却系统的设计计算、消防系统的组成、以及消防设备的型号选择。Taking a chemical enterprise located in northwest China as an example, the ideas and methodsof fire protection design for methanol storage tank area were introduced, besides, the design and calculation offoam extinguishing system and fire cooling water system, the composition of fire fighting system and the selectionof fire fighting apparatus were elaborated systematically.
