摘　　要：【目的】使部队患者及各级卫勤机构掌握部队患者到医院就诊所产生的信息以及各项结果。【方法】通过需求分析,设计并实现B/S结构基于武警部队三级网的官兵就诊信息综合查询系统。【结果】解决了官兵到医院就诊后不了解医生所做诊断的内容、无留存医生所开纸质用药处方、长时间在医院等待领取纸质检验结果、对电子版检查结果及报告的需求等问题。【结论】利用信息化手段解决了官兵来院就诊时存在的实际问题,拓宽了为部队服务思路,提高了平时卫勤信息化保障水平。[Objective]To help troop patients and health service deparhnents to be aware of the patients＇ medical information and the resuhs of the medical examinations. [ Method ] Design and implementation of the troops medical information query system is based on three-level network and requirements analysis. [Result] Many problems have been solved, such as the absence of paper diagnostic information prescribed by doctors, and long waiting for paper medical results or electronic version of the PACS images （regardless of retained paper prescriptions）. [Conclusion] Information technology can be used to solve troop patients＇ clinical difficulty so as to broaden the access for the health service, and improve the level of health service.
