摘  要:采用过热蒸汽动能磨制备固硫灰超细粉,考察分级机转速、粉碎压力和蒸汽入口温度等工艺参数对固硫灰超细粉粒度和产量的影响,分析固硫灰超细粉的形貌特征。结果表明:分级机转速为1 500 r/min时的固硫灰超细粉产量比转速为900 r/min时的减少了34.1%,粒径变小,粒度范围变窄;粉碎压力为0.5 MPa时的固硫灰超细粉产量比粉碎压力为0.25 MPa时的提高了31.8%;蒸汽入口温度为300℃时的固硫灰超细粉产量比蒸汽入口温度为200℃时的提高了46.8%;提高蒸汽入口温度和增大粉碎压力同样会使固硫灰超细粉的粒径变小,粒度范围变窄;在实际生产过程中,粉碎压力与蒸汽入口温度均不宜过高,应根据物料特性控制在合理范围内;经过过热蒸汽动能磨超细粉碎的固硫灰具有良好的形貌特征。The ultrafine desulphurization ash was prepared by kinetic energy mill with superheated steam. The effect of classifier speed, crushing pressure and steam inlet temperature on the particle size and output of the ultrafine desulphurization ash was investigated. The morphology of the ultrafine desulphurization ash was analyzed. The results show that when the classifier speed is 1 500 r/min, the output of ultrafine desulphurization ash is decreased by 34.1% than that of classifier speed of 900 r/min. The particle size of ultrafine desulphurization ash is diminished and the particle size range is narrowed. When the grinding pressure is 0.5 MPa,the output of ultrafine desulphurization ash is increased by 31.8% than that of grinding pressure of 0.25 MPa. When the steam inlet temperature is 300 ~C, the output of ultrafine desulphurization ash is increased by 46.8% than that of steam inlet temperature of 200 ~C. The particle size and particle size range of the ultrafine desulphurization ash decrease when the grinding pressure or the steam inlet temperature is improved. In the actual product ion process, the grinding pressure and steam inlet temperature should not be too high and should be controlled in a reasonable range according to different materials. The desulphurization ash grinded by kinetic energy mill with superheated steam has good morphology features.
