摘　　要：随着海洋战略的不断实施,海洋高技术产业的发展对推动我国海洋经济发展,建设海洋强国意义深远,因而得到了学者们越来越多的关注。在梳理海洋经济发展现状和新时期发展海洋高技术产业必要性的基础上,结合我国海洋高技术产业形成与发展中存在的突出问题,对国内外有关海洋高技术产业发展政策、战略管理相关研究成果进行了归纳总结,并简要评述了研究现状,以期能够为推动我国海洋高技术产业发展的相关研究抛砖引玉。The upgrading status of maritime strategy has been accompanied with the profound impact exerted by the development of marine high-tech industries,and by on boosting the national marine economic development as well as constructing a maritime power. Hence more and more scholars have been paying attention to marine high-tech industries. Combined with outstanding problems existing in the formation and development of marine high-tech industries in our country and on the basis of analyzing on the status of marine economic development and the necessity of developing marine high-tech industries in the new period, this paper summarizes and concludes that the research findings concerning development policies and strategic management of marine high-tech industries at home and abroad,and briefly comments on the research status thereof,with a view to providing theoretical basis for the relevant research on promoting the rapid growth of our country′s marine high-tech industries.
