摘　　要：综合海洋资源、环境、生态和海洋经济因素,进行绿色海洋经济核算是客观评价海洋经济的基础。以江苏省为例,论述了绿色海洋经济(GOP)核算的内容和方法,提出了江苏省实行绿色海洋经济核算的保障措施。General Secretary Xi Jinping has recently put forward that it is important to improve the development capability of marine resources,promoting the marine economy to change into the quality-benefit type. Moreover,it is meaningful to protect the marine ecological environment and promote the way of transferring marine development into the circulatory-utilization type. Taking into consideration such factors as marine resources,marine environment,marine ecology and marine economy,the economic calculation of the green marine economy is the basis of evaluating marine economy objectively. This paper discussed the contents and methods of green GOP accounting, and put forward the safeguards of green GOP accounting.
