摘 要:经过2012年洪水后,大连市碧流河部分堤段堤顶高程已达不到原设计标准,必须进行修复改造,而堤顶超高的计算是确定堤顶高程的前提,风浪爬高的计算是确定堤顶超高的前提。根据大连市碧流河水库下游金哨桥至入海口河段堤防的风场要素特点,选用SMB法公式和莆田试验站公式计算了该河段堤防的波浪爬高和堤顶超高,并与该河段堤防的实际工程应用值以及东北地区内陆河流域的实际设计值进行对比,分析了这两种方法计算结果的合理性,为该河段堤顶高程的确定提供依据。After the flood in 2012, the crest elevations of some dams cannot meet the design standards in the Biliuhe River of Dalian; therefore it is necessary to rebuild these dams. Calculation of dike levee freeboard is the premise of the determination of dike crest elevation, and calculation of wave run-up is the premise of the determination of levee freeboard. According to the char- acteristics of wind field elements of the dike and Jinshao Bridge to the mouth of Biliuhe Reservoir in Dalian, the SMB method formula and Putian experiment station formula were selected to calculate the wave run-up and levee freeboard. The results were compared with the actual engineering data in the river section and design data of inland rivers in northeast, the reliability of the results obtained from the two methods was analyzed,which can provide the basis for determination of the dike crest elevation.
