2012年成都市某社区老龄人口生命质量及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的通过对成都市某社区老年人生命质量进行调查分析,了解该社区老年人的生命质量及其影响因素,为制定相应的健康促进措施提供依据。方法采用EQ-5D量表和调查问卷,对成都市某社区随机抽取的162名65岁及以上老年人进行调查,并采用单因素和多因素相结合的统计方法进行分析。结果该社区老年人生命质量总体评价较好,其EQ-5D平均分为0.841分,95%CI：0.644-1.038。老年人对自身的行动能力、自我照顾能力以及日常活动能力评价较好,对自身疼痛或不适评价较差。结论躯体健康状况是影响社区老年人生命质量的主要因素。Objective To investigate and analyze the quality of life of elderly people in a community in Chengdu,to understand the factors of quality of life in elderly people in the community and its influence,to identify health problems of the elderly in community,and to provide the basis to formulate corresponding health promotion measures.Methods Using EQ-5Dand questionnaire,a random sample of 162 aged people aged 65 and older in a community of Chengdu was surveyed.The statistical method was single factor and multi factor combined analysis.Results The overall evaluation of the quality of life of the elderly in the community was good,the average score of EQ-5Dwas 0.841,95% confidence interval（0.644,1.038）.Elderly people evaluated their action ability,self-care ability,and the ability of activities of daily living for their own good,pain or discomfort in the evaluation of poor.Conclusion The physical health status is the main factor affecting the quality of life of the elderly in the community.
