摘  要:目的观察分析颌面部骨折合并颅脑损伤患者心理护理的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月-2013年3月我科收治的颌面部骨折合并颅脑损伤患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组采用心理护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。结果比较两组患者焦虑和抑郁情况以及总体健康情况,其中诺丁汉健康调查问卷(NHP)评分中,观察组在精力、情感、睡眠以及社会生活方面的评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而在疼痛以及躯体活动方面,两组评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);观察组SAS评分和SDS评分明显低于对照组,表明观察组焦虑和抑郁情绪明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论开展颌面部骨折合并颅脑损伤患者的心理护理,有利于降低患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,有助于患者在精力、情感、睡眠和社会生活等方面的恢复以及预后质量的提高。Objective To analyze the psychological nursing in patients with maxillofacial fracture combined with traumatic brain injury in regard to clinical curative effect.Methods From March 2012 to March 2013 we analyzed a total of 130 patients with maxillofacial fracture combined with traumatic brain injury.Patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the observation group was treated by psychological nursing intervention,the control group used conventional nursing intervention.Results The two groups of patients were compared with anxiety and depression as well as the overall health status,including the NHP score.The observation group in energy,emotion,sleep and social life scores were significantly lower than the control group.While in terms of pain and physical activity,two groups score were not significant(P〈0.05).Observation group with SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower than the control group,observation group with anxiety and depression were significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion For patients with maxillofacial fracture combined with traumatic brain injury the psychological nursing is beneficial to reduce anxiety and depression mood,help patients in energy,emotion,sleep,and restore and improve the quality of prognosis in aspects of social life.
