摘  要:吸水速干型PVA织物的耐氯固色性差,根据PVA织物的组成结构特点,分别采用酸性染料、活性染料、中性染料进行染色,以耐氯固色剂做对比试验。通过扫描电子显微镜、双光束紫外-可见分光光度计、电脑测色配色仪,对织物形貌进行表征,并对染色试样进行不同条件的上染率、固色率、耐洗牢度、耐氯牢度测试,结果表明:吸水速干型PVA织物为多孔内腔织物;中性染料和酸性染料的染色效果明显优于活性染料,其中,中性染料的染色效果又略优于酸性染料;耐氯固色剂对吸水速干型PVA织物各类型染料的上染均有一定的固色效果。Quick-drying PVA fabric features poor chlorine-resistance. Acid dyes, reactive dyes and neutraldyes are selected respectively to dye PVA fabric based on its texture and molecular structure, and thenthe chlorine-resistant fixing agent is adopted to carry out the comparison tests. The surface morphologyof the fabric and dye uptake, fixation property, washing fastness, and chlorine-resistant fastness of thedyeings are measured by SEM, double-beam UV-Vis spectrophotometer and color matching instrumentrespectively. The results show that the quick-drying PVA fabric exhibits porous structure of inner cavity.Neutral dyes and acid dyes have higher affinity to the PVA fabric than the reactive dyes, while the affini-ty of neutral dyes to the PVA fabric is little better than that of acid dyes. Moreover, chlorine-resistant fix-ing agent can improve chlorine-resistant fastness of the PVA dyeings.
