摘　　要：通过分析印染设备多电机同步调速中常用同步控制器同步方案的利弊,应用可编程控制器对LMH085低张力绳状练漂联合机实现多单元电机线速度同步调整。设备经改进后,系统运行稳定,故障率低,生产效率高。The advantages and disadvantages of the synchronization scheme with motor synchronous controller commonly used in dyeing and printing machines are discussed. A kind of programmable controller is applied to line speed synchronous adjustment of multi-unit motor in LMH085 low-tension rope scouring and bleaching range. After the improvement, the system runs stably with low failure rate and high production efficiency.
