摘  要:本研究旨在探索UV-B胁迫条件下不同生长调节剂对烟草幼苗抗逆性的影响。实验利用3,3-二氨基联苯胺(3,3-diaminobenzidine,DAB)染色方法定性检测胁迫条件下施用外源植物生长调节剂后植物叶片中H2O2的变化。通过实验发现,与空白对照组比较,UV-B处理组叶脉中H2O2积累显著,这可能由于UV-B对烟草幼苗的胁迫作用较明显。另外,植物生长调节剂处理可从一定程度上提高烟草幼苗在UV-B胁迫下的抗逆性,其中以GA和6-BA+IAA双重处理效果最好。This study focuses on the effects of plant growth regulators on stress resistance of tobaccoseedling under UV - B illumination. The experiment was conducted using 3,3 - diaminobenzidine (DAB)staining method to qualitatively detect the levels of H2O2 in tobacco leaves under different stress conditionswith application of exogenous phytohormones. Compared with the control group, a high level of H2O2 wasdetected by DAB staining in the vein of the leave under UV - B stress. This might result from the UV - Bstress, which was strong enough to stimulate the accumulation of H2O2. In addition, phytohormones could,to a certain extent, enhance the resistance of tobacco seedlings under UV - B radiation, thereinto, GA and6 -BA + IAA double treatments had the most obvious effects.
