摘　　要：随着西安国际化大都市建设的不断深入,越来越多的青年投入到了社会主义现代化建设中,在政治、经济、社会、文化等领域发挥着重要的作用,主要表现为政治参与的方式多样化,参与的目的更加明确、合理,政治参与的主体意识逐步增强;经济参与的程度也在不断加深。为了满足自我提升的需要,青年越来越关注职业技术的培训。在参与社会事务的过程中,存在部分青年参与政治事务的态度模糊,政治参与意识淡薄;缺乏创业的积极性,就业问题依然突出;对自我提升的培训需求旺盛,但实际中却得不到满足;团组织的活动频率低,内容单调,影响青年社会参与的积极性等问题。党和政府应高度重视青年工作,为青年社会参与和社会发展创造条件;应提高工会的地位,发挥工会引导青年参与社会事务以及对青年社会组织的指导作用;应提高青年社会保险的参与水平,维护好青年的合法权益。More and more young people participate into the construction of socialist modernization with the deepening of the con- struction of xi＇an international metropolis in recent years, They play an important role in political, economic, social, cultural and other fields, their political participation＇s way diversification and purpose more clear and reasonable; Youth also participate in social economic deeply in order to meet the needs of self-development, Youth pay more and more attention to the training of professional technology and so on. we also found that youth of xi＇an still has some problems in the process of participating in social affairs, such as ambiguous atti- tude of youth participation in political affairs, political participation consciousness, with which a poor youth political participation chan- nels; The other is lacking of enterprising enthusiasm, the youth employment problem is outstanding; Youth demand for self-improvement training strongly, but we can＇t satisfy the practice; Last, league organization of the activity rate is low which affects the enthusiasm of youth social participation, etc. Our government should attach great importance to youth work and create conditions for youth social par- ticipation and social development and expand the influence of the youth league organizations actively and stimulate vitality of youth league organizations; To broaden youth society participation channels and ensure participation channel specification smoothly and effec- tively; Constantly enriching the content and forms of youth culture and expanding employment opportunities and creating a favorable policy environment; Even The union should improve status and guide the youth to participate in social affairs and strengthen the guid- ance of the youth social organization. We also should safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of youth with improving the level of the participation of youth social insurance.
