摘　　要：对于正处在转型升级时期的工程机械行业而言,上海自贸区总体方案的出台在一定程度上将为其释放红利,带来机遇。就上海自贸区现行的金融改革、税收政策、投资管理,以及贸易航运和监管体制等4个方面,探讨工程机械企业在园区内进行国际贸易经营中的可用商机。Policies versus commercial chances for work machines.
