摘  要:液力变矩器泵轮铸态机械性能达不到使用要求,为提高其机械性能需要对其进行适当热处理。YJSW315型双涡轮液力变矩器泵轮,其材质为ZAlSi9Mg合金,铸造后采用铝合金T6热处理工艺。通过调整铝合金热处理中主要工艺参数,探索适合YJSW315型双涡轮液力变矩器泵轮的T6热处理工艺,并结合新型的铝合金热处理设备,设计适合生产用的工艺装备,制定出相应的生产工艺规范。对液力变矩器泵轮T6热处理生产工艺进行改进,可保证铸件热处理质量。How to improve and control heat treatment for torque converter impeller. It was found that a torque-converter propeller failed to meet operational requirements as a result of poor casting functions that required upgrading to increase its mechanical performance. YJSW315 dual turbine type torque converter with its propeller in ZAlSi9 Mg alloy had to heat treated in a process T6 for A1 alloy. The way out is to adapt the process T6 for A1 alloy for the propeller together with new type of heat treatment facilities for A1 alloy and production processes and specifications newly designed and formulated,i.e. a reform of the T6 heat treatment forthe propeller, especially. In a word, the T6 investigated, improved, specified and readjusted together with newer facilities, processes, and materials, respectively, before specifying a right procedure to heat treat the propeller with newer T6 so as to ensure quality of the casting through the heat treatment in a better adaptability.
