摘 要:采用等离子弧喷涂的方法在08F钢表面制备以Fe-Al为粘结底层的ZrO2陶瓷涂层。在660℃液Zn中进行浸蚀试验。利用SEM,XRD,EDS等手段对腐蚀前后的涂层表层组织结构进行分析,发现660℃高温液Zn对ZrO2涂层有腐蚀现象,腐蚀形式为细碎颗粒从涂层表面脱落,腐蚀过程中发生了相变和化学反应,涂层表面t-ZrO2逐渐消失,c-ZrO2,ZnZrO3,Zr3Y4O12,Y2O3及Zr等新相形成。寿命评价试验结果表明,Fe-Al/ZrO2涂层作为耐高温液Zn腐蚀防护层寿命可达3 000 h以上,有潜在的工业应用价值。ZrO2coating with Fe-Al as bonding layer was prepared on 08 F steel substrate by the plasma spraying technique. The coating samples were immerged in molten zinc bath at 660 ℃. Microstructure and phase of the coatings before and after the corrosion test were analyzed by SEM, XRD and EDS respectively. It was found that the ZrO2 coating was corroded in molten zinc bath at 660 ℃. The corrosion form was fine particles falling off from the surface of the coating. The phase transitions and chemical reactions occurred in the corrosion process. The t-ZrO2 phase faded away and new phase such as c-ZrO2, ZnZrO3, Zr3Y4O12, Y2O3 and Zr appeared. The results showed that the corrosion protective lifetimes of Fe-Al/ZrO2 coatings on metals in molten zinc reached over 3 000 h, which had potential applications in industry.
