摘  要:烧结余热的回收与利用是钢铁行业降低烧结工序能耗、提高烧结经济效益的有效途径之一。描述了烧结过程余热资源组成及特点;分析了影响烧结余热回收与利用的主要因素,包括冷却机冷却风速、冷却机料层厚度、进口冷却风温、发电附属设备、热风烧结和漏风等。在此基础上,得到了提高余热回收与利用的途径,为钢铁行业节能减排提供理论依据。It is one of the effective ways to reduce energy consumption of sintering process that recovery and utilization waste heat during,also it can improve the economic effectiveness in the sintering. The composition and characteristics of the sintering process of waste heat resources were described, moreover the main factors influencing the waste heat recovery and utilization during sintering process were analyzed, it included cooling wind speed of cooling machine, material thickness of cooling machine, import cooling air temperature, power ancillary equipment, hot air sintering and air leakage and so on. On the basis, the way of waste heat recovery and utilization was found, provide theoretical basis for the iron and steel industry energy conservation and emissions reduction.
