摘　　要：粒煤喷吹技术在莱钢型钢高炉应用已近10年。在高炉喷煤的自控系统维护过程中,采取了多项措施:排查隐患并整改完善、提高自动化控制水平、对关键设备实行综合报警等,确保喷煤水平不断提升,保障高炉生产稳定顺行。Granular coal injection technology of blast furnace has been applied in Laiwu Steel for near 10 years. In maintenance of the automatic control system of blast furnace coal injection process, we have adopted various measures including detecting and rectifying hidden troubles, improving automation level and implementing integrated alarm for key equipment, to ensure a continuous improvement of coal injection level and guarantee stable operation of blast furnace production.
