摘　　要：国网天津市电力公司在信息工作中,存在设备管理机制自动化程度低以及制度、绩效、职责与岗位、流程整合度、协同程度不高等问题,缺乏一套运维体系去支撑日常工作高效运转。为解决上述问题,天津公司梳理基础信息管理现状,基于ARIS流程管理平台构建出了一整套信息运维体系。该体系建立了基础信息架构模型及"五要素"管理架构模型。该信息运维体系的构建与实施,建立起了IT基础架构管理模型,构筑了长效管理机制,密切贴合天津公司信息化工作现状,为提升信息化工作进行了有效探索,并起到了预期作用。In daily work, there are problems such as low degree of automation in the equipment management mechanism and low degree of integration and coordination among system, performance, responsibilities, job and process in State Grid Tianjin Electric Power Company（TEPCO）, and lack of a set of operation system to support the efficient operation of the daily work. In order to solve the above problem, TEPCO analyzed the current situation of information management and built an information management system based on architecture of integrated information system（ARIS） process management platform. The system establishes the information model and the ＂five elements＂ management model. By construction and implementation of the information management system with the IT infrastructure management model, TEPCO builds a long-term management mechanism. This system closely fits the current status of TEPCO＇s IT work and the exploratory application validates its effectiveness as expected.
