摘　　要：为了实现电力通信网年度运行方式的自动编制和出版,文章提出并开发了电力通信网年度运行方式辅助设计系统,通过建立基础资源库,实现统一的运行方式数据平台;基于综合数据分析技术,动态跟踪分析网络业务的变化情况;可实现自动计算和报告辅助编制功能,能够按照年度运行方式编制流程,自动计算并输出年度运行方式报告。该系统进一步规范了电力通信网年度运行方式的编制工作,提高了工作效率,减轻了运维工作的压力。In order to achieve the automatic compilation and publication of annual electric power communication network operation mode, this paper proposes and develops an aided design system of annual operation mode for electric power communication network. With the establishment of basic resources, this paper builds an unified data platform of operation mode. Using comprehensive data analysis technique to finish dynamic tracking analysis of the network business change, this paper achieves the automatic calculation and report, which can automatically calculate and output the annual operation report according to the annual operation mode. The use of design system standardizes the compilation of annual electric power communication network operation mode, improves work efficiency and reduces the maintenance work pressure.
