摘 要:目的了解我国肠致病性大肠杆菌(EPEC)分离株中,毒力基因perA、astA及典型EPEC的分布情况。方法用PCR方法检测我国不同来源EPEC菌株的bfpA、perA和astA基因。结果 130株分离自2006年-2012年间腹泻患者粪便或动物粪便的EPEC菌株中,典型EPEC菌株(bfpA基因阳性)仅9株(6.9%);非典型EPEC菌株(bfpA基因阴性)121株(93.1%);perA基因阳性菌株8株(6.2%);astA基因阳性菌株5株(3.8%)。bfpA、perA或astA基因阳性的菌株均分离自腹泻患者粪便,动物粪便中没有分离到这3个基因阳性的EPEC菌株。9株tEPEC菌株的eae基因有β1型(3株)、β4型(2株)、θ型(3株)和ι1型(1株)。astA基因阳性的5株aEPEC菌株的eae基因有α1型(1株)、β1型(1株)和ι1型(2株),其中1株无法分型。结论本国的EPEC菌株以非典型EPEC为绝对优势,仅部分菌株携带perA和astA毒力基因。Objective To investigate the distribution of bfpA,perA and astA in enteropathogenic Escherichia coli(EPEC) strains in China. Methods PCR was used to test the virulence genes such as bfpA,perA and astA in EPEC strains of different sources in China. Results A total of 130 EPEC strains were isolated from feces of diarrhea patients and animals from 2006 to 2012,and there were 9 typical EPEC isolates(bfpA positive,6. 9%) and 121 atypical EPEC strains(bfpA negative,93. 1%). Eight tEPEC strains were found carrying perA gene(6. 2%),while astA gene was detected in 5 aEPEC strains(3. 8%). bfpA+,perA+or astA+strains were all found only in human feces. There were 4 eae alleles(β1,β4,θ and ι1) among 9 tEPEC strains and 3 eae alleles(α1,β1,ι1) and 1 non-typed allele among 5 astA+aEPEC strains. Conclusion The majority of EPEC strains in China were atypical EPEC,and only some of these strains carry virulence genes perA and astA.
