Photosynthetic characteristics of Elaeagnus mooceroftii and Elaeagnus oxycarpa in the ecological shelter forest

摘  要:利用Licor-6400便携式光合仪对人工营造的生态防护林中大沙枣和小沙枣的光合生理指标进行了测定。结果表明:(1)两树种的净光合速率日变化曲线均呈"双峰型",小沙枣的净光合速率日均值比大沙枣高约21.7%;(2)小沙枣的蒸腾速率日变化曲线呈明显的"双峰型",大沙枣的蒸腾速率日变化曲线"双峰型"不明显,大沙枣蒸腾速率日均值比小沙枣低43.6%;(3)大沙枣的平均水分利用效率比小沙枣高23.9%;(4)小沙枣的胞间CO2浓度一直处于平稳变化状态,而大沙枣胞间CO2浓度日变化曲线为明显的"单峰型";(5)两树种的气孔导度日变化曲线与蒸腾速率日变化曲线非常类似。Photosynthetic physiological indices of Elaeagnus moocerofiii and Elaeagnus oxycarpa were measured in the artificial ecological shelter forest. The results showed that: ( 1 ) Diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate curve of both species shows bimodal curve, the diurnal average net photosynthetic rate of E. oxycarpa, is higher about 21.7% than Elaeagnus moocerofiii. (2) Diurnal variation of transpiration rate curve of E. oxycarpa shows obvious double - peak type ; diurnal variation of transpiration rate curve of E. moocerofiii is not obvious ; diurnal transpiration rate of E. moocerofiii is lower 43.6% than E. oxycarpa. (3) Average water use efficiency of E. moocerofiii is 23.9% higher than E. oxycarpa. (4) Change of intercellular CO2 concentration of E. oxycarpa has been in a steady state , and the curve of daily intercellular CO2 concentration of E. mooceroftii shows obvious single -peak type. (5) Two species'diurnal variation curve of stomatal conductance and transpiration are very similar.
