摘　　要：本文阐述了聚酯装置DCS控制系统升级改造的必要性,介绍了Honeywell的新一代PKS系统的软硬件、网络结构及特点以及在本次改造过程中所采用的PKS系统配置与FTE网络结构,论述了聚酯工艺中几个典型控制方案在该系统中的实施过程。This paper describes the necessity of the transformation and upgrading of polyester plant DCS control system, introduces the structure and characteristics of soft hardware of the new generation HONEYWELL network＇s PKS system as well as the PKS system configuration and network structure of FTE applied in the process of the transformation, and discusses the implementation process of several typical control schemes in the polyester process in the system.
