黄连外用治疗慢性湿疹36例的临床观察及护理干预

摘　　要：目的:观察中药黄连配方颗粒剂外用治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法:将72例慢性湿疹患者随机分为两组,各36例,治疗组外用黄连干预,对照组外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏,疗程均为2周。结果:治疗2周后,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为83.33%和72.22%。两组有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄连外用治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rhizoma coptidis external use in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each , rhizoma coptidis external use applied to the treatment group, while butyrate hydrocortisone cream applied to the control group, both with a course of two weeks. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 83.33% and 72.22%. The efficiency was statistically significant different between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Topical use Rhizoma coptidis has obvious efficacy in the treatment of chronic eczema.
