几种聚羧酸盐分散剂在25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂中的应用

摘　　要：通过对分散剂等助剂的筛选,确定了25%嘧菌酯悬浮剂的最佳配方,产品质量稳定,热贮(54℃±2℃)14d分解率小于5%,各项指标均达到悬浮剂标准。将国产的四种聚羧酸盐分散剂分别与进口助剂的性能进行了比较。研究结果表明,国产LG-3、GY-D1252和GY-D1256的分散性能良好,与进口助剂T36应用效果相当,制成的悬浮剂各项指标均达到标准,而国产RELAX-01助剂分散性能不理想。By selection of dispersing agent, the best formula 25% azoxystrobin suspending agent was determined, the product quality is stable, heat storage （54℃ ±2℃） 14d decomposition rate of less than 5%, the indicators have reached the standard suspension agent. Will be made of four kinds of polycarboxylate dispersant performance and imported additives were compared. Research results show that LG-3, GY-D1252 and GY-D1256 good dispersion and import agent T36 application, made of suspending agent, the indicators have reached the standard of RELAX-01 additives suspending agent, and dispersing performance is not ideal.
