摘 要:产品语义学作为一种产品设计理念已经广泛应用于各大产品设计领域,然而在工程车辆的造型设计领域中还处于探索阶段。文中以电动托盘叉车的造型设计为出发点,将语义美学应用于工业车辆的造型设计。主要通过产品语义学介入设计调查、造型设计和设计评价3个主要设计流程,提取产品造型符号,建立产品语义库,塑造产品形态并最终进行语义评价。研究成果对于同类产品造型设计具有积极的参考指导意义。Product semantics as a product design concept has been widely used in various products. It is still in the exploratory stage which is applied in the design of electric pallet trucks. The shape design of industrial vehicles was taken as a starting point and apply semantic aesthetics in it. The application of product semantics principles in extracting shape symbol, the establishment of products semantics library, and shaping the shape of product and design evaluating was discussed by the intervention of product semantics in design survey, shape design and design evaluation. The research results have positive referable and guiding significance to shape design of similar products.
