摘  要:从正交试验极差分析中指标的平均值出发,确定了层次分析法中判断矩阵的量化标度,据此分析了物理模拟中相似材料配比试验时,重晶石粉、石英砂、石膏、甘油和风干时间5种因素对试样密度和单轴抗压强度的影响权重。结果表明,构建的判断矩阵均有满意的一致性;由权重计算可得,风干时间对配比材料参数起重要作用,因素影响权重顺序与正交试验极差分析结果有一定差异,主要集中在风干时间和重晶石粉上;在正交试验基础上进行层次分析,弥补了极差分析结果不够精确和层次分析中由人为进行标度确定的不足,计算结果较单纯的正交试验更精确、更具说服力。The quantization scale of judgment matrix in Analytical Hierarchy Process is determined from the average index val- ue of range analysis in orthogonal test, based on which, the influential weights of five parameters such as barite powder, quartz sand, gypsum, glycerol and drying time on density and uniaxial compressive strength of similar material in physical simulation tests are analyzed. The results show that satisfied consistency of the established judgment matrix is obtained; and drying time ex- erts an important influence on the physical and mechanical parameters of the prepared sample material. The order of factors weights calculated by the presented method is not as the same as the results obtained by orthogonal test, especially the differences caused by drying time and barite powder. It demonstrates that conducting AHP analysis on the base of orthogonal test could fill up the deficiencies of unsatisfied accuracy in range analysis and subjective determination of scale in AHP, and the calculating results are more accurate and irrational than the results obtained by orthogonal test singly.
