摘　　要：政府数据公共服务是公共信息服务的新领域,需要新的服务模式来解释。不同服务方式和服务内容可满足不同用户的数据需求,据此,本文在深入调研17个不同发展阶段的政府数据公共服务平台的基础上,构建了3种政府数据公共服务模式,并针对不同服务模式,总结、分析和论述了各模式的机理、实现路径和特点。Different service delivery ways or service content can meet the data needs of different users. Accordingly, based on an in-depth research on 17 government open data service platforms of different development stages, 3 types of open data services patterns are built. The mechanism, achieving path and characteristics for these different service patterns are then summarized, analyzed, and discussed.
