摘　　要：目的建立同时测定冠心丹参胶囊中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以C18柱为色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-水（70：30），检测波长为270nm，流速为1．0mL／min，柱温为25℃；进样量20乩。结果隐丹参酮、丹参酮I和丹参酮ⅡA分别在0．2028-0．8112pg（r=O．9999）、0．1066-0．4260μg（r=0．9999）和0．1502-0．9010μg（r=0．9999）的范围内呈良好线性关系，平均回收率分别为99．81％（RSD=0．63％）、100．21％（RSD=0．67％）、100．13％（RSD=0．77％）。结论本方法简便快捷，准确、重复性好，可用于冠心丹参胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Guanxin Danshen capsule by HPLC.Methods HPLC was performed on a Cl8 column using menthol- water （70：30） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The sample loaded amount was 20 txL. Results The linear ranges of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ A were 0.202 8-0.811 2 μg （r=0.999 9）, 0.106 6-0.426 0 μg （r=0.999 9） and 0.150 2- 0. 901 0 μg （r=0.999 9）, respectively. The average recovery rate was 99.81% with RSD 0.63% for cryptotanshinone, 100.21% with RSD 0. 67% for tanshinone I Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, Guanxin Danshen capsule. 100. 13% with RSD 0. 77% for tanshinone 11 A, respectively. and reproducible.
