摘 要:目的建立同时测定冠心丹参胶囊中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70:30),检测波长为270nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃;进样量20乩。结果隐丹参酮、丹参酮I和丹参酮ⅡA分别在0.2028-0.8112pg(r=O.9999)、0.1066-0.4260μg(r=0.9999)和0.1502-0.9010μg(r=0.9999)的范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.81%(RSD=0.63%)、100.21%(RSD=0.67%)、100.13%(RSD=0.77%)。结论本方法简便快捷,准确、重复性好,可用于冠心丹参胶囊的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the content determination of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ A in Guanxin Danshen capsule by HPLC.Methods HPLC was performed on a Cl8 column using menthol- water (70:30) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The sample loaded amount was 20 txL. Results The linear ranges of cryptotanshinone, tanshinone Ⅰ and tanshinone Ⅱ A were 0.202 8-0.811 2 μg (r=0.999 9), 0.106 6-0.426 0 μg (r=0.999 9) and 0.150 2- 0. 901 0 μg (r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recovery rate was 99.81% with RSD 0.63% for cryptotanshinone, 100.21% with RSD 0. 67% for tanshinone I Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, Guanxin Danshen capsule. 100. 13% with RSD 0. 77% for tanshinone 11 A, respectively. and reproducible.
