农民工城市融入问题分析研究

摘　　要：一直存在的二元制社会结构、市民的社会歧视、政府和社会组织的关注和容纳不足、农民工社会交往面窄以及经济窘迫、见识短浅带来的自卑感等,造成农民工身份认同的心理障碍,让城市的农民工始终觉得自己不是广大市民的一员,难以真正融入城市。通过成人教育这一途径,加强对农民工的教育和指导,协助其打破内聚式的社交网络和消除阻碍农民工融入城市的因素,让农民工找到城市的归属感,可以积极融入城市。This issue of migrant workers in cities are integrated into our scholars studied an important topic of concern.The cause of migrant workers is difficult to integrate into society are multiple：lack of du-al system of social structure,social discrimination against the people,the government and social organiza-tions and accommodate the concerns of migrant workers narrow social interaction networks as well as in-sight on the economic distress caused by inferiority and so on.In this paper,on the way through adult ed-ucation,strengthen the education of migrant workers and guidance to assist them in breaking the cohesive style social network,allowing them to actively integrate into the city.
