摘　　要：基于网络信息安全角度出发,通过分析发达国家基于网络信息安全的国家竞争情报体系构建现状,探讨了我国构建基于网络信息安全的国家竞争情报体系的必要性,并提出基于网络信息安全的国家竞争情报体系的构建措施与立法、技术、管理、人才四位一体的保障机制,拟为相关部门提供决策参考。Based on network information security, this paper analyzes the status quo of national competitive intelligence system construc-tion of developed countries, discusses the necessity of establishing national competitive intelligence system based on network information security in China, and puts forward building measures for national competitive intelligence system based on network information security. It is suggested that China should form a security mechanism including legislation, technology, management and personnel for the national competitive intelligence system based on network information security. This paper hopes to provide decision-making reference for relevant sectors.
