摘  要:采用苯乙烯稀释法,制备了一种耐高温可增稠乙烯基树脂。通过分析甲基丙烯酸与环氧基的摩尔比及苯乙烯含量对树脂的性能影响,并与国外同类产品进行弯曲强度和热分析对比,结果表明:当n(甲基丙烯酸)∶n(环氧基)=0.85∶1时,合成的树脂有较好的增稠性。当苯乙烯质量分数为40%,其浇铸体热变形温度为213℃,树脂粘度适中。与国外同类产品相比,自制树脂制备的塑料弯曲强度保留率稍高,通过割线法计算得到自制塑料的温度指数与国外样品的相当,可以替代国外同类产品在高温环境下的应用。A thickening vinyl ester resin was prepared by styrene dilution method. The effects of the mo-lar ratio of methyacrylic acid and epoxy group and styrene content on the properties of the resin were analyzed, and its flexural strength and heat resistance were compared with the foreign similar product. The results show that when n(methyacrylic acid)∶n(epoxy group)=0.85∶1, the synthesized resin has better thickening property. When the mass fraction of styrene is 35%, the heat distortion temperature of the cast-ing resin is 228℃, and the viscosity of the resin is appropriate. Compared with the foreign similar prod-uct, the flexural strength retention rate of the plastic prepared by self-synthesized resin is higher. And the temperature index of the plastic calculated by the secant method is equivalent to that of the foreign prod-uct. Therefore the plastic can be used to replace the foreign product applied in high temperature.
