摘 要:通过研究硅烷-聚乙烯基料、引发剂、抗预交联剂、抗氧剂、催化剂对电缆绝缘材料性能的影响,确定了硅烷自然交联电缆绝缘料的最佳配方,经挤出制得交联电缆绝缘料,并与国外同类绝缘料进行性能比较分析。结果表明:按最佳配方制得的自然交联电缆绝缘料挤出后在自然环境条件下放置72 h即可完成交联,与国外同类绝缘料的性能相当,可替代国外同类产品。An optimum formula of natural cross-linked cable insulation material was determined by study-ing the effect of silane-PE base material, initiator, anti-pre-crosslinking agent, antioxidant , and catalyst on the properties of cable insulation material, and a cross-linked cable insulation material was prepared by extrusion, then its property was compared with the property of foreign similar product. The results show that the insulation material prepared from the optimum formula could crosslink complete within 72 hours under natural environment after extrusion, and its property is equivalent to that of the foreign simi-lar product, which can replace the foreign similar product.
