摘　　要：农村农业信息化这一概念是农业信息化和农村信息化不断演化和融合的产物,涵盖了农村信息化与农业信息化的内涵与特点。但农村农业信息化绝不是农村信息化和农业信息化的简单相加,是在中国社会信息化如火如荼进行的背景下提出的新概念,其具有长期性、动态性、复杂性、公益性、高效性等特征。Agricultural and rural informationization unceasing evolution and integration of the product, covering the connota- tion and characteristics of rural informatization and agricultural informatization. But the agricultural informatization is not the simple addition of rural informationization and agricultural information, is a new concept put forward is like a raging fire in our country under the background of social informationization, it has the characteristics of long-term, dynamic, complexity, public welfare, efficiency etc
