摘　　要：随着高校图书馆用户信息需求变化趋势呈现学习时空泛在化、知识认知建构制和信息需求多样性特征,逐渐表现出与高校图书馆传统信息素养服务供给模式不匹配或错位,导致服务绩效低下。根据高校图书馆用户信息需求变化趋势特征,针对大学生日常生活和专业学习中的事实性知识获取需求,提出以用户为中心,利用虚拟嵌入平台和支架抛锚兼同级同侪互助教学策略的信息素养服务模式。Under the trend of ubiquitous learning, knowledge cognitive constructivism and diversity in information needs, gradually exhibit mismatch or misalignment with traditional information literacy supply in university library, and result in low service performance. Based on the changes and characteristics of library information user＇ s needs, a- gainst the factual knowledge acquisition in the students＇ daily life and professional learning, this paper develops information literacy innovative service model, which is the user-centric, virtual embedded platforms and scaffold ing-anchored teaching mode with peer-helping-peer
