摘　　要：以淮北师范大学图书馆为例,对近几年高校图书馆借阅量普遍下降的现象进行分析,指出高校图书馆急需在思想观念、组织结构和服务意识等方面进行改革,开展深层次的个性化服务,才能适应网络化、信息化的时代发展,满足不同读者对文献资源的需求。The thesis,taking my library as the example,analyzes the phenomenon of the general decline amount of the bor- rowed books on the college library in recent years, and points out that the college library needs to reform the idea, organization structure and service consciousness,and so on, to carry out a deep level of personalized services,in order to adapt network, information time development, meet the needs of different readers literature resources demand.
