摘　　要：介绍台湾缩减数位落差及建立数位机会中心的发展过程,对台湾数位落差产生的背景、台湾政府为缩短数位落差各阶段的推动策略以及这些政策取得的成效进行评析。This paper describes the process of the development of reducing digital divide and how to develop Digital Opportu- nity Center in Taiwan.It introduces the origin of digital divide happening,and strategies used of reducing the gap in each stage by Taiwan government, at the end,the relative effects have been analyzed.
