摘　　要：政府是信息的最大拥有者,随着信息时代的到来,政府信息公开成为必然的发展趋势。政府信息是档案信息的重要组成部分,档案部门是政府公开发布信息的重要部门。本文从政府信息公开与档案利用服务的现状、关系、以及政府信息公开与档案利用结合的优越性角度提出政府信息公开背景下如何完善档案服务的对策。the government is the largest owner of information, with the advent of the information age, the government informa- tion disclosure has become an inevitable trend, the government information is an important part of archives informa- tion, archives department is an important department of the government public release of information, this paper and the present situation, relationship between govemment information services, the utilization of archives opening and utilization of archives superiority combining background government countermeasures how to improve the archives service from the government information public
