摘  要:分析了某小型化高压电源负载打火短路的特点,设计了一种用于释放倍压电路电容中能量的抗打火电路来保护电源。实验中,对电路进行了反复优化:采用多个小电感串联解决空间布置和绝缘问题;采用阻尼电阻与电感串联的方法防止打火电流振荡并简化电路。测试结果表明:在一80kV输出电压情况下,打火电流上升沿约为10μs,打火电流最大值小于20A,在打火时能够有效保护电源并为电源启动过流保护提供时间。The arcing characteristics of load of a compact high voltage power supply with doublers are studied, and a kind of anti-short circuit, which is used to release the energy stored in capacitors of the doublers, is designed to protect the power supply. The anti-short circuit is optimized many times in experiments. Some small inductors are in series to solve the problems of the spatial arrangement and insulation, and damping resistors are connected to inductors in series to prevent arcing current fl-om oscillating and to simplify the anti-short circuit. The rising time of arc current is about 10 μs and the peak of arc current is less than 30 A in experiments, which keep the power supply well working when sparks occur with -100 kV operating voltage.
