摘　　要：回顾了螺栓型整流二极管、晶闸管的发展历程；介绍了IR公司的十种标准螺栓型器件；在新形势下，叙述了晨伊公司在IR公司基础上，采用了低功耗芯片结构、PN结终端大正角技术、可靠性技术、新的井式炉焊接技术、△Uf全检试验方法等卓有成效的改进措施。展望了螺栓型产品的市场前景。The development course of the stud type rectifier diodes and thyristors is reviewed.Ten kinds of standard stud type device of IR company are introduced.Based on IR products the impoving steps with using the low power consumption chip structure ,PN junction terminal large positive angle technique, reliability technology, new soldering technology in pit type vacuum oven ,△Uf test method for inspection etc by Chenyi company are described.The future of stud type device market is looked forward.
