摘 要:针对传统检查井在实际生产实践中容易损坏且对环境破坏严重的问题,通过改进检查井材料来改善检查井的性能,使用树脂复合材料经过高温高压制成的井体、井盖具有机械性能优越、环保、施工方便、耐久性好等优点,解决了节水灌溉工程中传统检查井、排水井、镇墩反碱、吸水膨胀坍塌损坏设施,运输、安装、维护成本高,施工质量差,不规范的难题。According to the problems of the traditional inspection well, including easy breaking down in production practices and seri- ous damage to environment, the performance of the inspection well is improved through improving its production material. The body and lid of the well, which are made from EPMC through high temperature and high pressure process, has the advantages of superior mechanical properties, environmental protection, convenient installation, good durability, and so on. It solves some problems in the traditional inspection well, catchpit, and anchor block, including alkali resistless, water swelling leading to equipment damage, high cost of transportation, installation and maintenance, the poor quality and lack of standardization of construction.
