摘　　要：在生源大战背景下,学生素养现状与精英教育阶段相比差异巨大。尽管高等职业教育进行一系列教育教学改革,取得了一些成绩,但仍然存在教育效果低下的缺陷,主要原因之一是高等职业教育教师队伍建设跟不上形势的变化和教育的发展。本文在对当下高职学生素养现状分析基础上,阐明在生源大战背景下,高职教育教师队伍建设应该关注若干视角。At the background of recruiting battle ,students’ current quality has laid behind a lot compared with elite education .Although a series of education reform have been accomplished ,education results are still to be improved .One of the main reasons is higher vocational teaching staff constructing cannot keep up with education development .This paper ,based on analysis of higher vocational students’ quality ,states perspectives needed to focus on when constructing higher vocational staff at the background of recruiting battle .
