摘 要:马歇尔试验中确定最佳沥青用量时,需根据试验曲线求出各项技术指标(六大指标)所对应的沥青用量,其取值方法因人为因素而带有随意性。在大量试验结果分析的基础上,提出利用牛顿二次插值函数的方法,建立所测各项技术指标与沥青用量的函数关系,并以稳定度指标为例进行了说明,通过求导得出稳定度峰值所对应的最佳沥青用量,同时进行误差分析。研究结果证实,它与精确绘制的稳定度-沥青用量曲线所求的结果(即图解法的结果)基本一致,表明该法简便而实用。When defining optimal consumption of asphalt in Marshall Test, the consumption values corresponding to various technical indices (six indices) are required to be calculated according to the test curve, and the valuing method is arbitrary due to human factors. Based on a large amount of test results analysis, it is proposed to use Newton quadratic interpolation function to establish the relations between the various technical indices measured and the consumption of asphalt with explanation by taking the degree of stability as an example. Through derivation, the peak value of stability degree corresponded optimal consumption of asphalt was obtained, at the same time, error analysis was carried out. The study result demonstrates that the value is consistent with the result from the stability degree vs. asphalt consumption curve plotted accurately (i. e. the result of graphical method), showing the method is easy and practical.
