摘  要:采用固态电路的新型MOSFET高频感应加热设备已在上海汽轮机厂获得应用。与电子管高频感应加热设备相比,固态高频感应加热设备具有体积小、工作电压低、对操作者电磁辐射伤害小、不需预热、节能等优点。分别采用电子管高频设备和固态高频设备对垫片和球面螺母进行了表面淬火。结果表明,在负载较轻的情况下,两种设备均能满足零件的淬硬要求;负载增大后,固态高频感应加热设备对感应圈的形状及其与工件之间的间隙即二者的匹配要求更高。要实现固态高频感应加热设备的高效率和有效能量输出的最大化,感应圈的设计和制作至关重要。A new type of MOSFET high-frequency induction heating equipment,to which solid circuit was applied, has been used in Shanghai Turbine Plant. In comparison with tube-type high-frequency induction heating equipment,the solid high-frequency induction heating equipment has many advantages,e.g.,smaller volume, lower running voltage,less electromagnetic harm to operator,eliminating the need for preheating,lower energy consumption,etc.The spacer and the spherical nut were surface hardened by the tube-type and the solid high-frequency induction heating equipments,respectively.The results show that when the load is lighter the two equipments all can render the parts desired hardening result,and that when the load becomes relatively heavy the configuration of inductor and the gap between it and part,i.e.,their matching,must be controlled more strictly for the solid high-frequency induction heating equipment than for the tube-type high-frequency induction heating equipment.To render the solid high-frequency induction heating equipment efficient and its available energy delivery maximum the design and manufacture of inductor are extremely important.
