摘　　要：国外许多大学颁布科学数据管理与共享政策。文章采用内容分析方法,对20所英美大学的科学数据政策进行深入分析,探寻英美两国大学科学数据管理与共享政策的特点和差异,以及对我国大学制定数据管理与共享政策的启示。Many foreign universities have issued their data management and sharing policies due to the escience and the development of open access movement. This paper selects data policies of twenty British and American universities, and takes a depth analysis of the scientific data policies of those universities with the method of content analysis, so as to explore the characteristics and differences of data management and sharing policies between the two nations and to make suggestions for setting up data management and sharing policies in Chinese universities.
