清肺颗粒中桔梗薄层鉴别方法的改进

摘　　要：目的:改进清肺颗粒中桔梗的薄层鉴别方法。方法:以桔梗为对照药材,采用TLC法进行鉴别研究。结果:供试品色谱中,检出与桔梗对照药材相同颜色的斑点,缺桔梗阴性对照无干扰。结论:建立的方法专属性强,重现性好,可用于清肺颗粒中桔梗的定性鉴别。Objective：To improve the TLC identification of Radix platycodonins in Qingfei Granules. Meth-ods：To study by TLC,with Radix platycodonins as the reference substance.Result：The test samples and the respective reference substance were alike in that the same color chromatographic spots. The negative control had no such spots. Conclusion：The method was sensitive,with strong specificity and reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Qingfei Granules.
