摘　　要：基于大数据和物联网技术,提出了一种模具维修保养管理系统方案。系统在模具使用过程中进行数据采集,模具数据中心通过GPRS将数据发送到云服务平台,云服务平台对数据进行分析整理和模具维修保养档案管理。系统可自动生成模具维修保养计划,提示相关人员进行模具维修保养,并对模具的每次维修保养加以记录,有助于提升模具管理水平,延长模具使用寿命。A management system scheme for die ＆ mould maintenance was proposed based on big data and Internet of Things technology. The data acquisition of system is conducted in die ＆ mould operation process. The data center sends the information to the cloud service platform by GPRS. The data analysis and management of die ＆ mould maintenance archives are carried out by cloud service platform. The system can automatically generate die ＆ mould maintenance plan, call related personnel attention to the maintenance job and record.
