电线电缆产品强制认证监督抽样检测不合格原因浅析

摘　　要：电线电缆产品用途很广,从家庭装潢的布线,到电器器具的电源线,都属于中国强制性产品认证(CCC认证)范围。强制认证要求认证机构每年对工厂至少进行一次监督抽样检测,以证明产品持续符合标准要求。实施强制认证以来,电线电缆产品质量稳步提高,但工厂间的产品质量还存在差异。本文通过对电线电缆监督抽样检测中发现的不合格情况进行分析,帮助工厂正确理解产品标准,改进生产工艺,确保产品质量稳定并符合标准要求。Wire and cable is a widely used product in our society. For example： the wire used in house decoration and the cable used in electrical products which are included in the China Compulsory Certification （CCC） catalogue. According to CCC requirements, the wire and cable product must be sampled at lease once per year to supervision test, to prove that the quality persistently meet the standard requirements. There a steady improvement of the quality of wire and cable since CCC system was established, while the quality in different factories are uneven. This article analyzed the failure in supervision sampling test of wire and cable, to help factories correctly catch the product standards, to improve the technics, and to assure the steady quality.
