壮医针挑疗法治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医针挑疗法治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将选择符合纳入标准的支气管哮喘患者120例,随机分为3组,其中壮医针挑组40例,西药组40例,壮医针挑加西药组40例。针挑组采用壮医针挑疗法治疗,西药组应用常规西药抗炎、解痉平喘、应用激素治疗,壮医针挑加西药组运用壮医针挑加常规西药治疗,分别观察对比三组治疗后肺功能、哮喘症状、体征的改变。结果:三组患者治疗后肺功能、哮喘症状、体征改善程度,针挑加西药组与另两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效率分别为:壮医针挑组67.5%,西药组70.0%,壮医针挑加西药组92.5%。其中,壮医针挑组与西药组有效率比较(P>0.05),结果无统计学意义;壮医针挑组与针挑加西药组有效率比较(P<0.05)结果有统计学意义;西药组与针挑加西药组有效率比较(P<0.05),结果有统计学意义。结论:壮医针挑疗法结合西药治疗支气管哮喘疗效较好。Objective ：To Research zhuang medical prick treatment curativel effect of treating bronchial asthma. Methods： 120 cases of bronchial asthma patients were selected and devided into three groups, including zhuang medical prick treatment group of 40 patients,western medicine group of 40 patients, zhuang medical prick treatment combined with western medicine group of 40 patients. Zhuang medical prick treatment group was treated by zhuang medical prick treatment, western medicine group with conventional western medicine anti-inflammatory, Antispasmodic antiasthmatic, steroid, anti -histamine treatment, zhuang medical prick treatment combined with western medicine group was treated by Anti - asthma medicine combined with zhuang medical prick treatment. Contrast the three groups were observedafter treated with lung function, asthma symptoms, signs of change. Resuits ：Three groups of patients after trarment, the degree of improvement in lung function, asthma symptoms and sings, zhuang medical prick treatment combined with western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant compared with the other two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Effective rates were ： zhuang medical prick treatment group was67.5%, western medicine group was70.0%, zhuang medical prick treatment combined with western medicine group was92.5%. Among then, zhuang medical prick treatment group and western medicine group comparison （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the result was not statistically significant; zhuang medical prick treatment group with zhuang medical prick treatment group and western medicine group comparison（ P 〈0.05 ） ,the results were statistically significant; western medicine group with zhuang medical prick treatment group and western medicine group comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the results were statistically significant. Conclusion： Zhuang medical prick treatment combined with western medicine treatment of bronchial asthma better effect.
