摘 要:随着现代电力系统结构和运行模式的不断复杂化,群体决策理论有望逐步广泛应用于电力系统黑启动决策之中。在此背景下,提出了一种基于云模型的黑启动群体决策优化方法,其中考虑了群体决策中难以回避的主观性和模糊性。黑启动群体决策优化结果采用由云发生器产生的云图来表示,这不仅可以观察到各种黑启动决策结果的期望值,还可直观比较各个黑启动方案中的最佳和最差情况,从而便于对黑启动决策结果进行综合分析。最后,用算例说明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。With the ever-increasing complexity of the structure and operating patterns of modern power systems, it is expected that group decision-making will be more widely employed in black-start decision-making of power systems. Given this background, a cloud model based optimization method for black-start group decision-making is first presen- ted with the inevitable fuzziness and subjectivity of group decision-making taken into account. The optimization results can be represented by the cloud figures generated by a cloud generator. Not only the expected value of each black-start decision-making result but also the best and worst condition of each black-start strategy can be directly observed, and this facilitates the comprehensive analysis of the black-start decision-making results. Finally, two black-start examples are served for demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of the developed method.
