摘 要:高频运行时,变压器寄生参数对反激变换器性能影响不可忽略。漏感和分布电容是变压器主要的寄生参数,设计过程中考虑较多的是漏感,而分布电容往往被忽略。分析了变压器分布电容对反激变换器的影响,并以高输入电压低输出电压变压器为例,给出了变压器高频简化模型。继而给出变压器分布电容的确定方法,并基于该模型,研究不同的绕组连接方式和绕组排列布局对变压器分布电容大小的影响,并通过软件提取了分布电容参数。仿真结果表明,通过改变绕组结构能达到明显改变变压器分布电容大小的目的,从而对设计性能良好的高频变压器有重要的实际意义。In high frequency operation, the effect of parasitic parameters associated with power transformer on the per- formance of flyback converter can't be ignored. Leakage inductances and distributed capacitances are two important parasitic parameters of transformer. The leakage inductances are usually considered, but the distributed capacitances are often neglected in transformer design. In this paper, a circuit model of high-frequency transformer is given. The distributed capacitances of high input voltage and low output voltage transformer have been studied. The influence of winding strategy on winding distributed capacitances is analyzed on theory. The values of distributed capacitances have been obtained by software, which verified the correctness of the analysis. The simulation results show that the aim of changing distributed capacitances can be achieved by adjusting winding strategy. The research is significant for impro- ving the performance of high frequency transformer.
